Several search options are available:

1) Select HLA molecules - allow user to specifiy the HLA allele to be used.

2) n-mers peptide - only peptide of length 9 is acceptable.

3) Limit result by number of top scores - Filter and return the specified number of top matching scores.

4) Limit result by cut-off scores - Filter and return the specified number with the specified cut-off scores.

5) Show input sequence - Display the input sequence in the search result.
